Is my data private?

Yes. All health and nutrition data in our apps is stored locally on your device, and we never sell your personal information. The app does send a few anonymous product events, such as completing onboarding or starting a purchase, tied only to a random installation identifier and never to your identity or health data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

On iPhone, open the More tab and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro with. On Android, open the Pro upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Google account.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Food logging, meal plans, water tracking, exercise logging, and all core features work without an internet connection. Only the AI meal scanner and online food search require internet access.

How do I delete my data?

Your data is stored on your device, so you delete it there. On iPhone, open the More tab and tap Reset All Data. On Android, open the More tab, tap Units & Goals, and tap Clear All Data. Deleting the app also removes everything. No copy is kept on our servers.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email us at support@mochasmindlab.com with a description of the issue, your phone model, and your iOS or Android version. Screenshots are always helpful.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your order history in Google Play. If something in the app is not working, email us first and we will try to fix it.
